Ana woke up with a smile.
Today was her birthday!
But something felt different.
Her cat, Mimi, was not on her bed.
Mimi was busy outside.
She met a clever crow named Coco.
“We need a gift for Ana,” said Mimi.

They picked pink flowers.
They found soft ribbon under a tree.
Mimi purred happily.
Coco flapped his wings with joy.
Together, they made a crown.
It was pink, shiny, and bright.
Mimi carried the crown gently.
Coco flew beside her.
Back at home, Ana sat on the porch.
She looked around. “Where is Mimi?”
Just then, Mimi jumped into her lap.
Coco landed on the fence.
Mimi placed the crown on Ana’s head.
“Meow!” she said.
Coco cawed a little tune.
Ana laughed and clapped.
“This is the best birthday ever!” she said.
Mimi purred.
Coco danced.
It was a sweet, simple day.
And Ana felt so loved.
